How to make a Simple and Healthy Salmon Dip

Healthy Salmon Dip




Ingredients:



1/4 cup Salmon Spread



1/2 cup  Chopped Cilantro



 
1/2 cup   Chopped Fuji Apple



1/2 cup Corn



 3 tbsp. Vegenaise



 Tortilla Chips




Direction:

* Mixed all ingredients except blue corn chips.
* Serve with BLUE CORN Tortillas with Amaranth, Quinoa & Chia Seeds( Optional, You    can use any Tortilla chips )


Benefits:

Salmon is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is also rich in other properties, such as vitamin D and selenium.


Cilantro is rich in vital vitamins and antioxidants like beta-carotene, vitamin C and more.



Apples are packed with disease-fighting vitamins, antioxidants and more.


Corn  is nutritious, providing fiber, which aids in digestion, plus folate, thiamin, phosphorus, vit. C and magnesium.
