Fuel your body with this healthy home made cold tea

Home made cold Turmeric Tea with Chia seeds

 Ingredients:
4 cups Water
4 pcs( thumb size) Sliced Turmeric
4 tbsp.  Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Chia seeds ( optional)

*Add Cinnamon and Turmeric to a Boiling water for 3mins, let it cool  then add the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate then Serve
