How to Baked Simple and Healthy Vegetables

Try this Quick, Easy and Healthy Recipe



Healthy Baked Vegetables


Ingredients:

1 tsp Dried Basil


1 tbsp. Minced  garlic


3 tbsp. Olive Oil


1 tsp. Kosher salt


1 tsp. Black Pepper


1 1/2 cup Mushrooms


1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper


1 cup Broccoli


1 cup Asparagus


1/2 cup Carrots




DIRECTIONS:

-Mix All Ingredients

-Transfer all mixed ingredients  to baking dish

- Heat oven  375*F 

-Baked for 15mins

-Serve

Red Bell Pepper- Good Source Of Vit. C,  Has anti-Oxidant  and anti-inflammatory benefits.
