Try This Simple , Sweet and Crunchy Recipe - Fuyu Persimmon Appetizer

Fuyu Persimmon Appetizer




 Ingredients:

Fuyu Persimmons
Cream Cheese or Ricotta Cheese
Grated Parmesan
Nuts, roughly chopped (pistachios, almonds, cashews)
Pomegranate seeds
Mint leaves or Parsley, chopped







Direction:

  1. Using a serrated knife, thinly slice the persimmons into 1/4″ rounds. Place on a serving platter.
  2. Top the persimmon slices with scoops of Cream Cheese or Ricotta Cheese .
  3. Sprinkle with chopped Pistachio , Mint leaves, Grated Parmesan and Pomegranate.
  4. Serve as rounds or cut into quarters.

Persimmon - Has  vitamin A, vitamin C,vitamin E and vitamin B6, as well as dietary fiber, manganese, copper, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous.

Pomegranate  -Packed with antioxidants equal to those in green tea and red wine, and especially loaded with vitamin C and potassium.

Mint Leaves - Mint is a great appetizer or palate cleanser, and it promotes digestion. It also soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation.

Ingredients:



1/4 cup Salmon Spread



1/2 cup  Chopped Cilantro



 
1/2 cup   Chopped Fuji Apple



1/2 cup Corn



 3 tbsp. Vegenaise



 Tortilla Chips




Direction:

* Mixed all ingredients except blue corn chips.
* Serve with BLUE CORN Tortillas with Amaranth, Quinoa & Chia Seeds( Optional, You    can use any Tortilla chips )


Benefits:

Salmon is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is also rich in other properties, such as vitamin D and selenium.

Healthy Baked Vegetables


Ingredients:

1 tsp Dried Basil


1 tbsp. Minced  garlic


3 tbsp. Olive Oil


1 tsp. Kosher salt


1 tsp. Black Pepper


1 1/2 cup Mushrooms


1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper


1 cup Broccoli


1 cup Asparagus


1/2 cup Carrots




DIRECTIONS:

-Mix All Ingredients

-Transfer all mixed ingredients  to baking dish

- Heat oven  375*F 

-Baked for 15mins

-Serve

Fuel your body with this healthy home made cold tea

Home made cold Turmeric Tea with Chia seeds

 Ingredients:
4 cups Water
4 pcs( thumb size) Sliced Turmeric
4 tbsp.  Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Chia seeds ( optional)

*Add Cinnamon and Turmeric to a Boiling water for 3mins, let it cool  then add the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate then Serve
